Q: Am I
going to Jail?
A:
I do not know. It depends on the type of offense, your prior criminal
history, the victims' desires and most of all what type of evidence they
have against you. I will do everything in my power to keep you out of
jail.Q: I have been arrested and charged
with a crime, what do I do now?
A:
Hire an attorney immediately. An attorney can assist you in getting out
of jail, obtain evidence that might otherwise be destroyed after time
and begin to work on your defense. Having an attorney during the early
stages can be invaluable come trial time.
Q: How much does an attorney cost?
A:
There are too many factors to answer that
honestly at this point, but I do offer payment plans.
Q: How do I dress and act in the Courtroom?
A:
Dress like you are going to church. Other than trial, there is no
need to wear a suit. If you are asked a question, answer yes sir
or no sir, yes ma'am or no ma'am.
Q: What happens to my family if I go to Jail?
A:
I can assist you and your family in making sure they are taken care of
during your time in jail if that becomes necessary.
Q: What if the officer mistreated me?
A:
First thing you need to do is file a complaint with the arresting
officer's agency.
Q: What if I have information about other
people committing crimes?
A:
If you are willing to share that
information with Law Enforcement you could potentially get a reduction
or dismissal of the charges against you. It all depends on what you are
charged with and what information you can provide.
