Shawn McDonald

ATTORNEY AT LAW

I was a very successful felony prosecutor in East Texas at the Henderson County District Attorney's Office and at the Fort Bend County District Attorney's Office. I have prosecuted thousands of felony cases over my 5 years as an Assistant District Attorney. I left prosecution in March of 2006 to practice criminal defense.

I was a law school professor at Thurgood Marshall School of law where I taught in the legal clinic, first year criminal law as well as the director of the Innocence Project. I take pride in being an honest and ethical attorney, but one who will be extremely aggressive in representing you. I will return your calls promptly and make myself available day or night to answer any and all of your questions.

In closing, I want you to come away from this experience knowing there are truly honest lawyers out there who will treat you with respect and put your needs above their own.
